Flying W Ranch

after the pow-wow

getting an Indian face painting

eating the chuck wagon supper

Every weekend we get the chance, we're trying to be tourists in our own town. A few weeks ago we went to the Flying W Ranch. It's a town set up like it was when the wagons headed west. You can walk around the town, watch the Indian Pow-Wow, eat homemade biscuits baked in the ground, etc. Then at 6:45 they ring the dinner bell and you pile in to get a homemade chuckwagon supper. It's sooo good! After dinner they have live music and entertainment on the stage. Cullen and Finn really enjoyed the music. It was fun to go back, I hadn't been since I was a child.
