Bowling on Martin Luther King Jr's Day

1st basketball game of the season, go #14!

1st day of Catholic Schools Week.  Non-Uniform Day...

Cullen with Camille and Gavyn.  Great minds think alike!
Camille is a cheerleader... cute, they cheer at all the basketball games.

Throwing balls at a touch screen?  Perfect for these boys!

Cullen has started basketball.  What a difference a year makes, he is doing great!  He is a great hustler and goes after loose balls and rebounds.  We will be signing Finn up for soccer next week.  He can't wait to start playing sports too!

Funny things the boys have said lately:

Cullen:  It was 10* out the other day and Cullen insisted he wasn't cold and proved it to me by walking outside without his coat on.  Then he said- "We must be from different habitats mom, I'm not cold out here and you are!"

Finn:  The boys were playing Wii Sunday afternoon and they started bickering.  Cullen asked Finn what sports he likes.  Finn said "Football and soccer--- WITHOUT YOU!"  Even Cullen laughed out loud!  That boy doesn't take any slack... I'm afraid he'll be introduced to soap in the mouth soon.

winter is here

Basilica.

Main Building and the God Quad.

Trees in our backyard after some lake effect snow!

My shovel buddy!

Sledding with Annie on the South side of campus.

I love Finn's rosy cheeks and nose!

Winter wonderland!

Swans on Lake Saint Mary.

My friend, Katie McCoy, took those beautiful pictures of the first proper snow on campus just before New Years Day.  I had to use them on the blog, they perfectly capture the beauty this place has.. regardless of the time of year.

ND Basketball game

Cullen's Boy Scout group planned a sign-making pizza party before the ND vs UCONN basketball game.  The boys had a great time!  Unfortunately ND lost the close game, Finn sure was disappointed!!

Christmas 2012

So thankful for our wonderful family and friends.... My sister put together another video of our Christmas with family, she does such a good job of capturing the little moments. Different, this was my first Christmas without my grandpa. But he was there in spirit.
